With over 35 years experience exclusively in the electrical utility industry, Chris Larson, President, has worked hands-on in the field, and rose to the highest levels of field leadership. He advanced to operational management and has constructed or led nearly every aspect of the electric utility spectrum. In addition to contractors, he has worked as Project Manager for large utilities and government projects.
As an educator, Mr. Larson led as Director, and Executive Director for one of the nations largest IBEW/NECA lineman apprenticeship programs. He also served as Director for the Northwest Lineman College Lineworker Certification Program.
The last 12 years of his career have been as Director of Safety and Training for the nation's largest specialty contractor. Chris is now able to share his extensive and diverse experience with you.
This workforce is unlike any other, they are the Special Forces of construction. They constantly tread invisible, unforgiving, and high-tension hazards while at the mercy of the outdoor elements. They work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and are on site for every storm and electrical emergency. They are crews made of hands-on, hard working people who are proud of what they do and take pride in their trade.
Whether it's skills training, implementing safety rules and policies, or training to change behavior, this workforce accepts and respects those who have "been there, and done that".
